Our techs are the backbone of our organization and support our customers out in the field everyday. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing solutions. Evaluate and apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria according to project requirements.
Past experience in cabling preferred. Minimum education: high school degree. Efficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and have experience with PowerPoint and Visio; ability to use and apply extensive knowledge for a specific engineering field required. Experience with procedures and processes of a general contractor are a plus.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Assist our team with scheduling, generating reports, answering and directing calls and other clerical work. One year of clerical or customer service experience, computer literacy, and strong communication and customer relations skills required.
